******************** This is really how many stars Flo gets...! Flo was so wonderful to us! She worked with us for nearly three years as we finished restoring and listed our vintage Craftsman home. Over those years she was so patience with us, she always made time to show us houses and land we were interested in. Flo was diligent when it came to new and upcoming listings. We felt very confident that we would always be among the first to know about them, and we all know how important that is in a hot market. Flo asked Marge to write to her old friend that had moved away years ago because she owned 5.5 acres that they thought would be perfect for us. She could only be contacted the old fashioned way, the US mail. All went well and we put the land into escrow, and they even graciously extended escrow three times. Because our beautiful vintage home was in Banning, it was hard to sell. We dropped the price 90k to sell, and we had to back out of the escrow....and Flo doesn't even hate us! Now we're living our dream, and live merely a block and a half from Flo's office. We enjoy being able to stop in to say hi to all the lovely ladies in the office on our walks. Flo, has to date, closed three separate escrows for us in the last year. We would highly recommend her!

Not only was Flo our selling agent but years before she happened to be our purchasing agent. Flo always went the extra mile for us in both cases. It was our first cabin and we had a lot of questions. Flo was extremely helpful and reassuring during our purchase. Then when we decided to sell once again her knowledge, skill and willingness to go above and beyond made our selling experience virtually painless. Flo always knew the right steps to take and almost always anticipated our every thought and concern before we asked her about it. I have to say when my husband and I decided we were going to be looking into purchasing a home up in Idyllwild we did not know a thing about buying a home. It would have been very easy to take advantage of us but Flo has integrity and dignity. She took such good care of us. She knew everything there was to know about the mountain and more than that she new her community and paid attention to what we were looking for as a family. She walked us through every single step. Held our hands like we were family. I could not ask for a better realestate agent. I would like to say at this point I consider her a friend and we plan on buying a couple more houses up there and we would not use anyone else.
